Volleyball cruises to three-set sweep over Cairn

LANGHORNE, Pa. – The Wesley College women's volleyball team cruised to a three-set sweep (25-9, 25-12, 25-12) over the Cairn Highlanders on Thursday.

Elisa Hackendorn led the Wolverines with seven kills and four service aces. She also dug out five Highlander attacks and tallied two blocks.

Tania Rounds notched five kills on six attacks and blocked two attacks. Courtney Olson, Mary Getty, Nya Lightfoot and Codi Ziolkowski each registered three kills apiece.

Teaghen Vogelsang dished out 15 assists while Lindsay Burg chipped in with 14 assists.

Caelli Clifford and Regan Healey each collected double-digit digs for the Wolverines. Clifford had a match-high 18 digs while Healey made 10 digs.

The Wolverines (10-3) will be back in action this Saturday when they take on the Rutgers-Camden Scarlet Raptors and the Wilkes Colonials in a tri-match in Camden, N.J. The tri-match get underway at 11 a.m.
