Streeter Breaks Pair of CAC Records at Boston University

BOSTON, Mass. – Wesley College's Elizsha Streeter broke Capital Athletic Conference and school-records in the 200m and 400m Dash while competing at the Boston University Last Chance Meet on Sunday afternoon at the Terrier's Track & Tennis Center.

A sophomore from Hagerstown, Md., Streeter clocked a 25.66 in the 200m Dash, breaking former Wolverine Kiona Mency's, another Hagerstown, Md., product, old school-mark of 26.01.  The time also shaved 24-hundredths of a second off Salisbury University's Kara Tolson's CAC-record of 25.90.

Streeter also won her heat in the 400m dash in 58.32, breaking her own CAC and school-record set earlier this season by 52-hundredths of a second.

Streeter now owns CAC indoor track & field records in the 200m and 400m Dash, as well as the 4x400m Relay.

The Wolverines return to the track on March 6-7 at the ECAC Championships at the Armory in New York, N.Y.
