Delaware Valley bests men's lacrosse

DOVER, Del. – The Wesley College men's lacrosse team suffered a 9-2 loss to the Delaware Valley Aggies on Wednesday.

Adam Tewey and Kyle Mackall-Lloyd each put away a second-half goal for Wesley. Mackall-Lloyd's goal was the final goal of the contest.

Derek Hallock scooped up a game-high seven ground balls with two caused turnovers. Logan Wilson caused a team-best three turnovers along with five ground balls. Leo Kelly collected four ground balls while Tewey, Jack Guzman, Zach Farnell, Nick Bruhn and Ben Mitzel reeled in three ground balls apiece.

Bruhn and Tyler Lingenfelder each notched two ground balls. Dylan Sicca stopped nine shots in net with six ground balls and two caused turnovers.

Wesley begins Atlantic East Conference play on Saturday when they travel to Arlington, Va. to take on the Marymount Saints at 1 p.m.
