HARRISBURG, Pa. - The Wesley College Golf team took ninth out of 13 teams in the Penn State Harrisburg Invitational, hosted by the Capital Athletic Conference rival Nittany Lions. The Wolverines finished ahead of Elizabethtown, Stevenson, Immaculata, and CAC foe NJCU.
Dylan Chessher was the Wolverines' top finisher for the second straight event this season, finishing day one with a 75 and coming back on day two with a 78 for a composite score of 153 (+9) to finish tied for ninth overall. Tyler Spielberger followed with a two-day score of 156 while Matt Maskell carded a 157 over Sunday and Monday. Ricky Mulloy was the Wolverines' number four, finishing with a 168 and Kevin Polk rounded out the squad with a 178.
Wesley will continue their fall season when they travel to Muhlenberg on October 3rd for a one-day tournament.
