Field Hockey drops home contest to Arcadia

DOVER, Del. – The Wesley College field hockey team dropped a 2-0 decision to the Arcadia Knights in non-conference action on Thursday night.

Lauren Berry and Sidney Knott split halves in goal for the Wolverines. Berry and Knott each registered four saves during their respective halves.

Kasey Fry tallied two shots on net while Kaila Hindt, Kristen Fuhr and Jessica Behornar recorded a shot on target apiece.

Early in the first half, Jessica Behornar notched a defensive save, her second of the season.

Mickie March and Gabby Sedares each scored a goal for Arcadia.

Wesley will begin Atlantic East Conference play on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. when they host the Cabrini Cavaliers.
