2013 (Freshman): Wesley’s No. 2 pitcher in his freshman season… Finished the year with a 2-4 record while accumulating just a 2.88 earned run average… Threw a team-high 68.2 innings and struck out 20 while holding hitters to just a .253 batting average… Also earned a save… Went two scoreless innings of relief in his collegiate debut against Richard Stockton… Got the start the very next day against the same Ospreys team and took the loss despite going all nine innings and allowed just one earned run … Struck out a season-high five over 6.1 innings against Frostburg but did not get the decision… Was credited with a three inning save at York by allowing just one hit and fanning one… Threw a 1-2-3 inning at Haverford… Got his second loss when he went 8.2 innings and allowed just one earned run on eight hits at Mary Washington… Threw eight innings and allowed just three earned runs in a loss against nationally-ranked Salisbury… Got his first career win in game two against St. Mary’s by allowing just two runs over seven innings… Got the start against Mary Washington in the CAC Playoffs and helped the Wolverines turn an NCAA All-Divisions Record seven double plays in a loss against the Eagles… Threw seven shutout innings and got the win at Randolph-Macon.
